Terms & Conditions

Payments and Rates:

• 100% payment upon reservation, or 50% with the reservation and 50% 14 days before Check-in.
• Accepted Methods of Payment: Bank Transfer or Credit Card (most of those on the market)
• Discounts for stays longer than 2 weeks. Consult us

Cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in with full refund - From 14 to 07 days 50% refund - Less than 07 days no refund (if there are bank or credit card fees, they are non-refundable).

Refundable deposit:

• A security deposit of 200€ in cash is required upon check-in. This will be refunded at check-out, upon inspection of the accommodation

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in is from 16:00 to 00:45 and Check-out until 11:00
• Any Check-in or Check-out outside these times is subject to availability and payment of an extra fee previously agreed upon request.
• Check-in is done in person, however we can also provide instructions for a Self-Check-in.
• We will send emails with the booking confirming, the address of the accommodation, and a link to register online all guests, and the information about your estimated check-in and check-out times.

Terms and conditions for children and cribs:

• We accept 1 child per booking up to 2 years old free of charge, and provide a baby crib and high chair. Additional cribs have an extra cost of 15€ per day.
• From age 2 and up, all guests are considered as adults.

Accommodation Rules:

• Only guests mentioned on the reservation are allowed to stay at the accommodation.
• Not allowed: Parties or events, Smoking inside the accommodation, Pets.
• Quiet hours from 10PM to 09AM
• We are not responsible for any objects or values left by guests inside the accommodation.
• Any damage caused or items taken from the accommodation may be charged, and a fee of 150€ for tobacco smell or lost keys.
