This place was perfect! Easily walkable to bars and restaurants. Parking was great. Close to the marina and shopping. Jorge was great, easy to reach with any questions. The place was very clean and had great amenities. Highly recommend! If I ever come back to Ponta Delgada I’ll stay here again.

The unit was wonderful, extremely clean and comfortable. There is a lovely outdoor sitting area with great views. Parking was easy and location is great. You are just a walk to the old town shops and restaurants. The hosts are excellent and responsive! They went out of their way to assist us when our flight out was canceled.Thank you Ana and Jorge!
The best apartment I have ever been in
The house is new, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, it is as shown in the photos. It has everything you need and is close to the center. Jorge very attentive and friendly, he left us a book with recommendations and some local product for us to try. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERYTHING!
The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The location is perfect, quite central but also quiet. The beds slept wonderfully, the kitchen offered everything we needed and the hosts were very helpful and easily accessible.
Everything... contact uncomplicated and friendly. The house far exceeded our expectations. Everything you need was there. A welcome surprise like wine, fruit and cookies made us very happy, especially since we arrived at night. In the midle the beds were cleaned and freshly made. The price more than ok. Shops nearby. This is a really lovely house, modern and very well located with beautiful rooms, excellent bathrooms and a terrace. It was spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend a stay here and say it exceeded my expectations. Jorge and Ana were easy to communicate with and were very helpful, Jorge even arranje a hire car which was also great
Such a wonderful stay that we would have liked to have found it sooner to stay for our entire trip. Ana and Jorge were great hosts, the house was very clean and had everything we needed..perfect terrace for a breakfast and enough space for everyone! Easy and free parking. If this house is available, book it.

Close to the city center this house convinces with a modern and new furniture. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and a third bedroom downstairs. It has everything you need for laundry care. Ana and Jorge are very attentive and friendly hosts. We were welcomed with some fruit and a bottle of wine. Recommended!
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, with a good location and spotlessly clean. Communication with Jorge was a pleasure, rapid responses and help with everything possible.
Great apartment for exploring the island
The apartment is very nice, the host received us very well and was super friendly. The apartment has excellent views and everything to spend several days comfortably. It is an ideal point to explore the island, it has parking. It was very clean, spacious and the beds are comfortable. Everything perfect!
Space as described, easily accessible, with free parking very close. All the necessary conditions to prepare meals. In terms of hygiene, the entire space was impeccable.
There was availability for early self check in which made our stay a lot easier.
As an extra we had a wellcome gift with local products.

The apartment had all the details, kitchen utensils, beach towels... everything you could need for your stay. Also the location is great, quiet area and free parking. The owners are a charm! They left a book with recommendations of places and restaurants on the island.

It was a perfect stay! The apartment is in a strategic position. It is very spacious and equipped with everything. Double rooms. The bathroom is big. The furniture is modern. In addition, it has a view of the sea. You never hear noises. There is parking at the foot of the house. Jorge is very kind and always very helpful. Check-in is very easy.
The apartment is very friendly, it is well located next to the Coliseu Micaelense, it is very well decorated and equipped with everything you need. We were very well received and they gave us all the necessary information. We had a very comfortable 3 days and will be back on a family vacation.
