This place was perfect! Easily walkable to bars and restaurants. Parking was great. Close to the marina and shopping. Jorge was great, easy to reach with any questions. The place was very clean and had great amenities. Highly recommend! If I ever come back to Ponta Delgada I’ll stay here again.

The unit was wonderful, extremely clean and comfortable. There is a lovely outdoor sitting area with great views. Parking was easy and location is great. You are just a walk to the old town shops and restaurants. The hosts are excellent and responsive! They went out of their way to assist us when our flight out was canceled.Thank you Ana and Jorge!

The best apartment I have ever been in The house is new, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, it is as shown in the photos. It has everything you need and is close to the center. Jorge very attentive and friendly, he left us a book with recommendations and some local product for us to try. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERYTHING!

Close to the city center this house convinces with a modern and new furniture. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and a third bedroom downstairs. It has everything you need for laundry care. Ana and Jorge are very attentive and friendly hosts. We were welcomed with some fruit and a bottle of wine. Recommended!

Space as described, easily accessible, with free parking very close. All the necessary conditions to prepare meals. In terms of hygiene, the entire space was impeccable.
