Description
New house with luxury finishes with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation on the island of São Miguel - Azores. Space with large areas and a light and modern decor. The rooms and the balcony/solarium are facing east, enjoying a fantastic view over the city, the sea and the Lagoa do Fogo Mountain.
It is close to the Farmer’s Market, the Marina, the Main Avenue and downtown.
The airport is a 10-minute drive away.
The space
This house has one suite with a King size bed (200x160) and a suite with two single beds (200x90), both with private bathrooms. When the occupancy is 5 guests, we install an extra bed in the living room (200x70cms). It also has a third complete bathroom on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room, a dining area and a patio/solarium with table and chairs, umbrella and sun lounger.
The rooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, Smart TV with multiple channels, Netflix and other applications, sheets, towels and all the supplies for bathing and hygiene. We also provide beach towels for use in any bathing area of the island.
The neighborhood is very quiet with everything nearby: farmer’s market, supermarket, cafes, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants and public transportation. Downtown and the sea with natural pools are only a 10-minute walk away.
Free parking on the top of the slope, next to the Mãe de Deus Church and on the street below, next to the Farmer’s Market.

This is a really lovely house, modern and very well located with beautiful rooms, excellent bathrooms and a terrace. It was spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend a stay here and say it exceeded my expectations. Jorge and Ana were easy to communicate with and were very helpful, Jorge even arranje a hire car which was also great

The perfect holiday home
The house is beautiful and we found it very clean, new and complete with every service. Ana and Jorge were very kind from the start and made us feel pampered and at home. The best holiday home ever! If only they were all like that! Everything was perfect!
Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable and well equipped! Excellent location and close to the city center with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Balcony with table, chairs and sun lounger overlooking the hills and the sea - ideal for relaxing! It is 10 minutes from the airport. Ana and Jorge were amazing hosts. We highly recommend.
Everything... contact uncomplicated and friendly. The house far exceeded our expectations. Everything you need was there. A welcome surprise like wine, fruit and cookies made us very happy, especially since we arrived at night. In the midle the beds were cleaned and freshly made. The price more than ok. Shops nearby. The island itself is a dream...
Ana and Jorge's place in Ponta Delgada was a good choice. We loved the view from the bedroom at sunrise and the breakfast on the terrace. Our family enjoyed the comfortable stay there.
The house is wonderful and Ana and Jorge were very aware that we did not lack anything. They take great care of all the details. It is a house with views of the city, very well equipped with everything, clean and comfortable. Plus, it's nice and spacious. Everything was excellent. Parking in easy. Such a wonderful stay that we would have liked to have found it sooner to stay for our entire trip. Ana and Jorge were great hosts, the house was very clean and had everything we needed..perfect terrace for a breakfast and enough space for everyone! Easy and free parking.
